Having grown up in Billings, Noelle moved around for 9 years before coming back home. During that time she attained her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Central Washington University and became a certified personal trainer and orthopedic exercise specialist through the American Council on Exercise.
Her Passion for health and fitness comes from witnessing the consequences of an unhealthy lifestyle in her own family, and she believes proper nutrition and exercise are the best preventive medicines there are!
Having knowledge of the body from an anatomical and physiological standpoint makes Noelle appreciate and understand how important chiropractic medicine is, for both injury rehabilitation and regular maintenance. Through therapeutic modalities and exercise, she aims to give you the best possible care and experience here at Montana Wellness Center. Meggan Strecker, Massage Therapist
Meggan is a native Montanan. She is a licensed massage therapist and loves learning new techniques and developing new skills. Her specialties are deep tissue and rehab work. She uses different techniques in each massage. She also offers hot stone massage and reflexology. Each massage is customized towards your needs.
She enjoys wakeboarding, snowboarding ,hiking, camping and painting, if it’s adventure, she’s all in! She believes in taking care of her body with regular wellness and proactive care, she feels it’s the best way she can continue her activities pain free.
