Tarah Hilbrand, LMT
I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2010. I use several therapeutic massage techniques such as Reflexology, Ayurveda, Deep Tissue, Gua Sha, Acupressure, Myo Facial, Chinese Medicine, Lomi Lomi and Shiatsu to release muscle tension.
I use other natural therapies such as doTERRA Essential Oils and Hot Stone Therapy to help the body relax, and to reduce stress and pain . I enjoy working with healthcare providers and Chiropractors, to get the best and fastest results.
I am certified in Infant/Child massage and I teach parents how to use massage techniques on their children to enhance, sleep, behavior and decrease bodily stress factors. I find using essential oils in my home and massage has been pertinent to helping my family and clients with their health and happiness. I enjoy educating people on how essential oils can change their life.
