Dr. Mark Haynes

Dick

"In the fall of 2005, I began to experience pain in my back, buttocks, and left leg. As an avid tennis player, I assumed that I pulled a hamstring, but the condition continued to worsen. I opted to discontinue play in an effort to recover. There was no improvement. I sought the advice of an M.D. who specializes in sports injuries in February 2006. He advised me to get an epidural, which unfortunately had no impact on my condition.

At this point, I decided to turn to chiropractic treatment as a possible solution. My visits involved adjustment, massage and a regimen of daily stretching exercises. At that time it was recommended by my original chiropractor, that I consider spinal decompression with Dr. Mark Haynes. After consulting with Dr. Haynes, After consulting with Dr. Haynes, I decided to go forward with the treatments.  My initial set of treatments with the DRX 9000 began to take the edgeoff my pain. The procedure was not painful; in fact, during several  treatments I actually fell asleep. During this period, I also incorporated massage, daily walking and stretching. I am happy to report that over several months, my condition continued to improve to the point that I am pain free.

I am back playing competitive tennis and my movement on the court has never better. I would highly recommend non surgical spinal decompression as a means of treatment; it has allowed me to regain my health."

"I have had constant lower back pain for a very long time (over many years). I had a very bad period the three months before I started the treatment. I wanted something other than surgery. I was told of Dr. Mark J. Haynes and non-surgical spinal decompression using the DRX 9000 in a very round about way.

I then decided to check the web page to learn more about it and get more information. I was willing to try this treatment before going the surgical route. After first week of program I was in some pain.

My back was hurting a little more and I had the weekend off. I returned for the second week of treatment feeling a little better. From that day forward, the back pain started to go away.

By the fourth week the pain was gone for the first time in a very long time. Now as the treatment is over I know that this was the right thing for me. I feel so much better. I walk better, stand and sit straighter. This worked for me. On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 9.5 for how good this has made me feel. I would highly recommend this treatment. Dr. Haynes and his staff made me feel like one of the family. This made it a lot more of a relaxing experience.”

It all started with severe lower back pain that would last two or
three days than go away.  I just thought I had strained my back at the
gym and would rest a couple of days and it would ease up.  I went
through this cycle for about three months.  Then one morning I was
shoveling the driveway and my entire leg started to hurt.  It started
at the top and through out the day had moved all the way down my leg.
At times my calf felt like it was going to explode.  It was so bad I
thought I might have a blood clot in my leg.  I called my sister the
RN and she told me it sounded like sciatica.  I had heard people
complain about sciatica before but had no idea it would hurt so bad.
That night I started researching on the internet to figure out which
route I was going to take to get to the bottom of this.  I started
reading about spinal decompression which made a lot of sense to me.
That is how I ended up at Montana Pain & Rehab to consult with Dr. Mark
Haynes.  By that point the pain was almost unbearable, so Dr. Haynes
ordered and MRI to see what was going on.  We discovered that I had
herniated my L5 disc.  I can not tell you what went through my head
when I heard those words.  I am a very active person and I had always
heard that a herniated disc will pretty much shut you down forever.  I
kept thinking I am to young to have to deal with back problems the
rest of my life.  I wanted to cry thinking about giving up my active
lifestyle.  That is when Dr. Haynes told me he thought I was a great
candidate for the DRX 9000 treatments.  At that point I was willing to
try anything.  By the third treatment I was feeling some relief.
There are no words to express how amazing it was to start feeling some
relief from the pain.  Even a little relief made a huge difference
considering how bad the pain had gotten.  After each treatment I was
feeling better and better, not to mention the treatments were very
relaxing.  I looked very forward to my visits.  I am very happy to
report that three months later I am 100% pain free.  I am exercising
again and just about back to my regular routine.  I am so thankful for
Dr. Haynes and his amazing staff.  From the very first visit I felt
like a part of the family.  Everybody was so genuinely concerned about
making sure I was as comfortable as possible.  I would recommend this
treatment to anyone dealing with this kind of an issue.  It is not
worth living with pain the rest of your life when there is a way that
will help get rid of it.

Thank you so much Montana Pain and Rehab!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sincerely,

Leah

In January, 2008, I was working out of town and severely injured my lower back handling a piece of heavy equipment. The next day in the hotel I woke up to a pinching in my back which left me helpless in bed. A supervisor had to come and get me from the hotel and find help for me. He took me to a chiropractor in Bozeman, MT who gave me a treatment and recommended a MRI. He also told me about the DRX-9000 decompression machine and told me there was one located in Billings, MT where I live. When I returned to Billings I got an MRI and discovered it was Montana Pain and Rehab and Spinal Aid who had the DRX-9000. The MRI showed I had a herniated disc in the L5-S1 and Dr. Haynes recommended decompression to me. When I started the treatment I could hardly function because of the pain, but as the treatments went by I felt immediate relief and life got better immediately. I only worked for 1 hour a day at first and after 4 weeks I was able to return to work full time with no restrictions while I continued to take treatments and rehab. I would like to thank Dr. Haynes and his wonderful staff for taking such good care of me and working with my ever changing schedule to see me. The decompression treatment worked for me and I would recommend it to anyone who has back pain. I am back on the golf course and owe it all to Dr. Haynes and his staff,

THANK YOU………..

I began having migraine headaches when I was 16 years old.  During the more than 35 years of dealing with a 4 or more headaches a month, I have been on a variety of medications ranging from pills, to shots, to nasal sprays.  Monthly massages helped ease some of the pain, but did not totally relieve the migraines.

In August of 2008, I began seeing Dr. Haynes for adjustments due to a minor injury received in a fall from a horse.  During those visits, we talked about my general health and I mentioned my migraine headaches.  Dr. Haynes began not only doing adjustments to my lower back, but also to my upper back, neck, and head.  These adjustments relived my migraine pain.  During the past 18 months I have had only a couple of minor migraines and one that was severe.  I was able to get in the office for adjustment and heat treatment and the migraines were relieved.  My monthly adjustments with Dr. Haynes have made a major difference in my quality of life.  Not only am I relatively free of migraines, but also for the first time in 35+ years I am totally off any type of migraine medication.  Thank you, Dr. Haynes.
